Bradley F. Silverman
Counsel
Brad Silverman practices in the area of commercial litigation, representing his
clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
Presently, he is representing individuals and public and private corporations in
a variety of complex commercial and financial litigations in courts throughout the
country. Mr. Silverman has experience handling numerous types of litigations. Such
matters include contract disputes; disputes relating to the management of partnerships
and closely held corporations; “business divorces”; RICO Act claims; employment
matters; intellectual property and trade secret disputes; class actions; antitrust
and unfair competition matters; constitutional challenges to laws and regulations;
estate disputes; commercial landlord-tenant matters; internal corporate investigations;
and white-collar criminal prosecutions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Silverman practiced at the international law firm
of Kaye Scholer LLP, as well as at another leading litigation boutique in New York
City. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Brandeis
University. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School
where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and as Senior Editor of the
Journal of International Economic Law. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he
now resides in Westchester County with his wife and two children.
